5/14/19 - seeing results

Month 1 with new trainer. Lost 7 lbs and can see some progress on body. Shirt in pic is also getting loose. Yey! Trainer is awesome and professional and extremely helpful. I just need to keep pushing my self and stay consistent. I had a little crying breakdown on saturday, 3 days ago. Just got overwhelmed by everything. It's soo hard working out and eatting right for months and I'm supposed to increase my workouts and stay with my eating plan. Hating spinach and broccoli. It was a quick "feel bad" for myself and then I was over it. Gotta keep going!!!
