After The Perfect Workout

This evening I finally did the "Three Minute Perfect Plank Workout". Boy it is a serious workout that will get you in shape and in less than five minutes per day. I can handle this.
The funny thing is, when seeing this workout broken up into 30 second sessions, I heard the comment, "if you need to take breaks, take breaks". With that comment, I should have known this is a challenging workout.

So, I turn on YouTube, find the video and start the workout. It is going great for the first 10 seconds and then need a break. I get back up, start again and 10 seconds.later I need another break. That happened two other times. I lasted 40 seconds of three minutes.
It is not much time, yet by the end of the forty seconds, I was breathing heavily and felt the effects in my arms, legs, shoulders, midsection and bottom.

This is my official daily exercise, and as an added bonus, it takes less than five minutes.
