Cheese Lovers

Monday, May 06, 2019

I am excited! I made my Monday morn. foray to the 99 cents store. in their cooler was cheeses marked Dairy-Free. They are Nut-free, Soy-free, Gluten-free mady by Good Planet Foods. There were 4 different kinds of 10 slices in package. Cheddar, Smoked Provolone, American and Garlic & Herb. Calories are 55, fat is 4 gms. I recognised all of the ingredients, nothing weird. I bought 1 of each. So far have only tried the Cheddar, it is very good, actually tastes like Cheddar. I plan to have a sandwich for lunch with dill pickle and mustard and sliced Beefsteak tomato with basil on the side. Best of all the PRICE was only 99 cents each. If you are interested go to www.goodplanet.com for more info. Taste better to me than the popular brand.

I went and took a look at the ingredients contained. No can do. They contain ingredients not tolerated by my body. emoticon

Oh well. Thanks again for the share. I have many allergies / sensitivities / intolerances. Makes it tough sometimes.

Going to take a look at the website. The nutritionist recent had me eliminate dairy from my diet. Hoping to be able to return dairy. If not, it would be nice to have an alternative tolerated by my body.

Thanks so much for the share.

I’ve always been afraid to try cheese that isn’t cheese but I think I might give it a shot!
