My SMART goals:
I will lose at least six pounds during this BLC.
I will do that by:
Working out at least 30 minutes 6 days a week.
Tracking my food daily.
Challenging myself to have one meatless day per week.
Moving my bedtime up to 10:00 p.m. (start wind-down at 9:30) every weekday. (weekends can get an extra half hour)
Meditating a minimum of 5 minutes daily.
