I am so glad I am back on track. Went to church this morning. I have a wonderful church family. Made some banana nut muffins for the grandkids (I only had one which is half a serving) and then watered my plants that are beginning to come up. Have a couple of different craft type projects that I am working on as well as painting my living room and working out in my yard.
I am exercising more, using Bloom Young's workout videos on you tube for women over 50 and also doing some of the ten min exercises on here.
