TRYING TO MAKE A HABIT

Hello,i haven't been blogging, i know ,since a very longtime but i am still getting back on track hopefully.I am trying to track my every bite now since my Endocrinologist told me .I must workout which i am ,every other day i go to the gym and workout 60 mins .I missed out on past 3 months of fitness and healthy eating as i had my part 2 MRCP exams which got over 2 weeks back.I was more like working in the hospital and back to books and little sleep.
Lets hope i manage to get some weight loss before my next appointment in 3 months.
