The Struggle is Real Y'all!!!

I didn't realize just how much of a sweet tooth I had till I got serious about losing weight and eating healthy.
Day 3 of "I'm going to do this NOW" and I find myself at the convenience store, with morning coffee in my hand staring down the box of fresh donuts thinking "I don't even like that kind but I might eat it just to have a donut".
What is the world is wrong with me?!?!?!
I don't want to obsess about the sweets, so I caved, and bought myself a York peppermint patty. Which I ate on my way home. 210 calories is way better than the 500+ calories of the single donut.
I know denying myself to the point of obsession isn't going to help my weight loss, but neither will indulging every time the whim comes my way.
Anyone know of low calorie, low fat, super sweet options that might curb this sweet tooth while helping me keep on track?
