Sticking with it!

Started my journey Feb. 25, 2019. I made up my mind to lose weight, stop drinking and stop smoking, all on the same day. Everybody told me I was crazy to do all 3 at the same time. But I was determine that I was going to do this for a month. So guess what guys? I'm still doing it. I have 5 more days to go, I'm so excited! This is the longest I've ever lasted this long! The most days I will achieve was 5 days, then I will go back to normal eating. My weight when I started was 169 lbs. When I weighed in on 3/13 I was 158 lbs. So I can't wait until I finish my 30 day keto challenge. I will not be going back to my old habits. I am going to do a new challenge. This time I'm adding exercise to my challenge.

    It's a hard challenge to take on I quit smoking January 1st and started dieting shortly after. There was no way I was putting on the 10 lb they claim you put on after quitting smoking
