Intermittent Fasting for the rest of the month.

I have been unable to do OMAD with any consistency and it has been frustrating me. I remember when I first did OMAD with success, I had done Intermittent fasting for three or so weeks. Today I am starting IF 20/4 to see if it will help me get back to OMAD. Not going to concentrate on what I eat for now. I do want to stay around 1200 to 1500 calories per day though. Wish me luck.
