beat your sweet tooth challenge day 2 requires thinking about and writing about when I get sugar cravings.
I think I want something sweet usually when I'm tired, early afternoon or before bed. Last night I raided some mini m&ms before bed. I wasn't hungry, and I knew it wouldn't do anything to fuel me, but I ate them anyhow for the sweet.
If i crave something sweet but I'm also hungry, I'll eat something small sweet then go back for a more substantial snack like cereal.
I also prefer sweet drinks, like sweet tea or soda, but I have managed to find a good cover for that. I've been buying the Mio water additive. It's really tasty and makes drinking water way easier. It's got no caffeine and no sugar so I haven't bothered to track it.
I'll probably put the rest of my sugar entries in a paper book. It's easier for me to do than online.
