Get Moving.

I have got to get moving. Need more range of motion Hips, knees and ankles hurt all the time. I have a plan just need to get moving on it.

    emoticon dropping by with fresh tennies for the moving! getting started is usually the hardest part for me too! last time, set timers for 1 lousy min.... and reassured myself that 1 min wasn't gonna kill me! LOL see, I'm still here! You got this! Up & at 'em GF!
