Injury

Tuesday, February 26, 2019

I saw the doctor about my feet today to see if the tendons healed. No. She said that both doctors discussed my issues with birth defects and the extra bones in my feet, I have to first off go for laser therapy to help the tendons heal, and secondly I may have to stay off my feet permanently or risk further injuries and complications, meaning if the AFO doesn’t work, I may be in my wheelchair once again. But everything is if and maybe so I will hold my breath for now but no exercising, not anything on my feet anyway. I will post more another day, in the meantime I have to pull out my wheelchair.

My sister suffers with her feet, she did all her life. As we got older it has really gotten worse. I see my daughter starting to suffer. I wonder does anyone really understand the pain and suffering. My thoughts and prayers are with you in the hopes you have more good days then not so good.

I'm sorry to hear you're having so many problems. I'm in an out of my wheelchair and it's hard. I look at it like a tool, like glasses. I do better when I use it. There are a lot of good seated exercise video's on sparkpeople and other places, too. I know how hard it is to go through pain and doctoring, but please don't give up on yourself!

Ok I have a bone disease in my legs and issues so bad with my feet I couldn't walk for years. Doctor after doctor and no help. I drank a cup of matcha tea every day and after two days I could walk. I drink matcha and take tumeric & olive leaf extract
