Life is so many trials--then there are the errors--
And its up to me to survive all this!
A good example is the snow blower which arrived on the weekend-
Son #3 carried it up north here from Toronto---Bless his heart!
He set it up on the driveway, and explained all the bells and whistles on it, to Himself, who was chomping at the bit to use it.
It turned out that Himself could not figure out which lever did what---
The machine was just too large for a 90 yr old man!
Himself took it to a dealer here in town, who returned our money--
Himself was not a happy camper!--- Son #3 and I now can stop shuttering every time we walk past that machine---knowing that it was only a matter of time before the machine and Himself were going to meet their match!
For now, Himself will use his old much smaller snow machine--much to his chagrin.
Live and learn, as my Mom always said!
I told Himself, it is "Preventative medicine"-
He was not impressed!
I tell himself the above-
He is still not impressed!
Lord love a Duck---perhaps it is more like TOUGH LOVE---
The Dreadmill gave me 10 minutes of walking this morning--
I hear that we are in for more snow ---And , it's an UBER day--the guy without the massive snow machine is going to work--
AND-----it will be the best day ever---I feel it in my bones!
