As I struggle with this no weight coming off, I am keeping a clear head as to why I started this journey in the first place. I know that I can do this. I do believe it. No one who has ever given their all has ever failed. I have a doctor's appointment on Wednesday. Among other things, I am going to have her check my thyroid. I hate meds... but I have a feeling that it may be off. Hair falling out in clumps along with weight gain while doing the right things are just a couple of indicators. It may be time to suck it up and get back on thyroid medication. Whatever the storm, I'm here to face it. Bring it on, because I ain't quitting!!!

I'm also on thyroid medication. I thought when I started it several years ago that the weight would start to come off. I'm afraid that hasn't happened. I still have problems with hair loss. It seems to come and go in fits and starts. I do hope the meds help you feel better.
