My most common excuse for not exercising is no motivation. I go to bed at night and think this is what I am going to do in the morning. By morning I haven't had much sleep and just don't want to do anything.
Get in line, several of us have the same excuse. Try some stretching soon as your feet hit the floor to get the body stirring. Make a plan for as little as 5 or 10 minutes to active fitness. Go for it! 860 days ago
