BLC Week 5

How has the challenge been going and what have I done right?
We're at week 5. My weights been going up and down(starting to go more down), which is a good thing...at least it means somethings going on and it's not just stuck in one spot. I've been doing good on my TNT's, WEC's and LCW's.
I've been adding more exercise, which has been helping me to start to lose weight. I've also added on a new dance class, belly dance, which I enjoy and has been helping me get more core strength.
