Look How Far I've Come

I started SparkPeople again on January 1st to try and lose weight. I had given up for almost a year. After going up two jean sizes, I decided ... enough is enough!
My old weekend habit was to eat McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin, hash browns, and supersize Diet Coke while reading a book. Then I'd go out for dinner or bring fast food home in the evening.
New habit... I had yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. I'm cooking lunch and dinner at home. One meal even includes a fresh salad. "Yeah Me!" It's all entered in the tracker too!
I haven't had any diet soda for 40 days! I'm eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. I'm slowly adding daily exercise back into my day. I bought a Fitbit and love that it reminds me to move every hour.
