For BLC39: What I'm doing right this round

For those who don't know, I'm part of a group here on SP called the BLC (Biggest Loser Club) and within this group, I'm on a team called the Hot Mocha Maniacs.
This weekend one of the challenges is to reflect and blog what I'm doing right so far this round.
So to start, I joined the SP 21 day no sugar challenge and completed it. I haven't had any added sugar for those 21 days. 2nd I've upped my water intake to just about a gallon of water a day. I make sure to track all of my food as well. I also did a 5 day cleanse which basically broke down my meals I pretty much already eat throughout the day but added a twist with TONS of veggies and was more vegetarian. I'm not vegetarian, but I LOVED the recipes and will definitely keep on this path, although I will still have meat.
I also exercise 5-6 days a week, keeping Sunday off as a day of rest no matter what.
I'm looking forward to finishing this round strong
