Staying on track...

I am staying on track with my food plan! I am enjoying making new recipes. This morning, I made my first tofu scramble! I found a great recipe. It was my first time using nutritional yeast. I added spinach and tomatoes. It was delicious. I also enjoyed sprout toast, veggie sausage and coffee. After adjusting to my new food plan, (which is Pescetarian, no dairy, white flour, or oil), I made a goal to walk outside or on my treadmill for 1 hour per day. I have now been doing this for over a month. I am mixing running in with it now. I love how much better I feel. And, I am so happy to be off of Lipitor. My muscles don’t hurt anymore, I can “breathe” again, my stomach feels fine in the morning, I’m not tired during the day, and I can exercise again!!
