10 years and counting

YES its been 10 years since I joined Sparkspeople!!!! I have succeeded more than I ever thought possible and met some of the greatest people on this journey here.
I have to overcome a number of obstacles and bumps in the road but I have always had this place and the awesome support to keep going.
Right now I am working to lose the weight I gained during 2017 due to depression and first family problems, both of those are less of a problem I have come to grips with my first family(meaning mom and sisters) and understand myself better than ever before. I have forgiven them for there part, even if they dont know it but I have also learned that for me I need to keep distance and a proper perspective with regards to them. the depression issues are well not greatly better since the problem is still in office and his morons are still spouting, but I have learned to see it clearer and understand how to deal with it, again distance is good but not ignorance.
We also had an awesome 60 day trip to Alaska during Aug to Oct and yes gained some weight, then had a pacemaker put in in Dec before Christmas and can finally do most normal activities just a couple more weeks and will be fully released. With that all behind me and my pacemaker doing its thing properly it is time to more ahead and get back to goal weight and stay there or mostly.
So as its says in the title counting and going forward and so glad to still be part of Sparks and the whole community.
Thank you to my friends and those who stop by for all you have shared and dome for me all these years, especially Debbie
, whom I have known since nearly my first day on this site, they have been my inspiration and fellow travelers on this journey.
Hugs and smiles to you all.
