What Happened to January

At midnight it will be February. What happened? We are going to spend our days doing something so I figure we might as well be spending them in a good way right?
To recap the month for me. I lost 2 lbs. I added strength training for my arms. It took me all month but I finally let go of most breads, crackers, and sweets. I am aiming even higher next month.
This weekend will be a good test for me. We are going house shopping so I will be taking my eating on the road. I may not be perfect, but I am going to do better than last weekend.
