Intermittent Fasting & Israel Trip

I just realized that Tomorrow will mark 3 Weeks since I started a form of Intermittent Fasting -- I eat the same number of Calories, but I ONLY Eat Between Noon and 7 P.M. Except for 2 Days when I had Standing, Monthly 8 AM Breakfast Meetings, I have stuck to the plan. I have noticed that I have W.A.Y! Fewer Cravings for my Beloved Ice Cream, and my FitBit shows a slight improvement in my sleep pattern. Also, my Inner Toddler has been fairly quiet. I've not had to fight nearly as much to get my Workouts in. In fact, January 12 is the only day since I started this Plan that I failed to hit the Gym for at least 30 Minutes. So far the Scale has not moved much, but it is Very Slowly drifting Down. I'll Take It!! In Other News, this afternoon after I got off work, I took a check for the Non-refundable Deposit for my Israel Trip to the Co-ordinator of the trip. All I have to do is save money for Trip Insurance, a Passport, Souvenirs, and etc!! The Trip will be November 10 - 19. As a Friend posted on Facebook: " The First Step To Accomplishing Any Task Is Believing That You Can. You Begin With This Belief And Then Figure Out What You Need To Do To Complete The Task. THEN DO IT!!" I Think That Will Be My Mantra For The Rest Of This Year!!
