Tomorrow is a doctor visit weigh in. This last weekend my family had a gathering to make up for not having a Christmas gathering. I didn’t over eat but I did have a full meal and dessert and ate leftovers the following day. The scale reflected the extra salt, sugar and starch and instantly bumped up 6 pounds the following day.
The rest of the week I was right back to my routine. But today I was still at 190. So I have been laying on the water and snacking on cucumber all day to try and get back to my 188 success. Normally I wouldn’t be so drastic, but really want to show the doc I have been serious about making progress.
The bumpy ride of weight lost, little up a little down - but in the end what’s important is the net downward trend. Even at 190 have proven that.
