One Pot Meals

Since I love my vegetables and an occassional potato with some added protein, so I decided to try making a meal in a pot, rather than baking and using separate dishes. Today's menu was started with sauteed potatoes and onions then added cup of water with frozen peas and a chicken breast. I added a lot of different herbs; I do not salt until it's completely done and in my plate. I need to have potassium because it's an essential mineral and without it one can get very sick. My mother had two simultaneous strokes because of no...and I mean zero... potassium in her body. I hope to add more flavorful ideas that I've been using at home to help anyone that wants to easier way to eat more vegetables and enjoy it on the lighter side. Mangia...let's eat!
