A new week

I feel like I'm going to fail this week. Ugh I don't know why. Maybe because I don't want to be let down after trying. Ha. Just have to keep at it, right? Tomorrow it's gym and treadmill day. Shake up my routine.

    Change your first statement to: I am going to "rock this" this week. Keep your thoughts and attitude positive and you will see a change in what you are doing (for the better). When a negative thought creeps up on you, push it back and change it to the positive. That approach really helps.
