Daily blogging and daily food log and daily exercise isn't happening but weight is slowly going down. I am focusing on stress reduction. Right now work is pretty intense and I don't see that changing really until maybe March for a couple of weeks and then ramping up through April.
I can't figure out this exercise thing, or may realistically I don't want to.
Food has been reasonably good - not perfect but mostly I stick to the Yes list - maybe one meal off a week and I take my Lectin Shields so no phyisical symptoms.
I notice I tend toward more of the starch foods and that is my stress hunger. But really I eat very healthy. A typical M-F eating for me
Breakfast is my supplements and a glass of Vital reds, if I am really feeling hungry I have a green smoothy made with 1 cup of spinach/lettuce mix, 1/2 green frozen banana, my vital reds, unsweetened coconut milk and 4 TBS of Hemp Protein powder and a few drops of Vanilla stevia. Lunch is usually leftovers from the night before which would be a meat and a vegetable maybe a starchy vegetable too. Snack is a serving of nuts, some SF or 85-90% dark chocolate and a piece of fruit. Dinner is a meat and a vegetable. Dessert is usually my homemade coconut icecream cups or a sf coconut icecream bar. I drink water about 16 oz for breakfast, 20 oz for lunch, 20 oz for snack and 24 oz for dinner - so about 80 oz a day.
My biggest issue I believe is not getting enough sleep and needing to find some time to exercise. I am working on that.
