I just didn't seem so focused this week. Mainly because I listened to my body when it complained to the point of major foot pain. When I let the exercise go, and then we had our snowstorm, everything just relaxed too much.
I'm ready to get back on track tomorrow, adding in strength training on Monday. Might only backtrack train 4 times a week, so my mileage will not be as fast. Will be worth it if my body can actually handle what I'm asking if it. I'll worry more about 6 days a week closer to my trek days and when the weather fits in better.
I can still do this!
