New Year once more

I started last Sunday getting in a small workout every day and I stated a terrible but effective short term diet jump start. The Diet is supposed to go 2 weeks and it's working just not sure if I'll stick to it for week 2 or just try to eat sensibly and see what happens. I am off to NV to see DH in 3 weeks and am hoping to be down a bit by then and feel better and be able to walk around town without getting winded. The exercise is working I do feel better when I start each day with a 15 min mile and I feel like I can get more done. Spending part of today trying other YouTube videos for verity found one new one so far. Hope I can stick with it this time,
