I have learned a lot from Real Appeal. I stop and think and take inventory of my hunger. I measure and I pay attention. My insurance pays for it. I like it because it keeps me accountable.
I am still tracking everything I eat and drink. I am staying within calories.
My exercise is still at least 60 minutes. I do check my weight daily, but that’s just to make sure it’s not a fluke.
I am solidly in the 170’s. Need to get back to the 160’s!!
