I used all the veggies in my fridge, kale, celery, zucchini, onion, broccoli, onion, pepper, garlic (all non starch veggies) A bit of tomato paste (sautéed with onions) , a can of coconut milk, 2 cups water, 3 T curry powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes in cast iron Dutch oven. Amazing #ketotarian #keto
