SMART Goals

S - specific: Who is involved? Just me and my team. What is my goal? I will lose at least ten pounds. When will you start? Challenge begins 1-11. How? I will follow my exercise routine and work in more to help me lose more.

M - Measurable: I will lose ten pounds within 12 weeks from now.

A - Attainable: I have a month by month exercise program that I will follow.

R - Relevant: I make this goal for myself so I will live better and be in better shape.

T - Time: The challenge begins 1-11. My half way goal, February 19 is to have lost at least five pounds. My goal is to have lost ten pounds by 12 weeks, April 1.
