I learned so much about myself and soooooooo glad I took this step! Still trying to figure out if/when/where I’m going to teach, but will continue being a student in the meantime. Additional yoga training is on the horizon, so I know that will provide more opportunities for teaching.
I don’t make “resolutions” but instead choose to make “REVOLUTIONS” (a dramatic and wide reaching change in the way something works; an instance of revolving). I am determined to reach 180 degrees from where I was when I first started the weight loss journey four years ago. I am closer to goal than I have ever been, so I refuse to quit. I removed “a deadline” a couple of years ago, so whenever I get there is when it was meant for me to get there (and express gratitude for the lessons I need to learn along the way).
1) StepBet - since I took a break from doing these after I ran my first half marathon, my daily goals in the app aren’t as high as they used to be, but still manageable where I will have to make an effort to just get back into the routine. I’m only enrolled in one for this month.
2) DietBet with Autumn Calabrese - I haven’t done a DB in awhile, but figured that I could use the extra push to keep myself on track.
Money has always been a huge motivator for me (no guarantee of course since it’s still up to me, but I have been more consistent when my own money is on the line).
