took a 'holiday' break

Saturday, January 05, 2019

the good news, my gain was not substantial. Rather manageable.

bad news, I feel awful...the plumbing is clogged, lack of energy...just a general 'ick' feeling.

So New Year, new goals, new 'energy'. HA! we will see.

Started by planning from my heart healthy Spark nutrition page. One little 'wrinkle' is we are hosting a 'Keto' guy for part of or most of the week. Not planning a lot of meat for the week, but I think if I keep him in eggs...he will do fine.

And with him here, I don't have access to our exercise setup. So, will do what I can to make it work...one step at a time, right?

Guess one start is tossing some of the Christmas sweets still 'hanging out'.

All righty then, keep on keeping on...and get that 'eye of the tiger'....

Glad to hear you are getting yourself back on track! We all had our indulgences over the holidays. Plan your meals, including breakfast and lunch, it really helps.

Eggs are a good food for your Keto friend, and low carb veggies, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, greens are all good.
