Need to schedule me time

I have been off work this week and have enjoyed my time reading, eating healthy, and exploring fun things on the internet (one of which was to start up again with Sparkpeople). I am a little worried about next week when I go back to work. I'm in the process of hiring two people to back fill some positions, but in the meantime I have been doing the work myself along with my other duties. I have been so stressed out and taking advantage of driving to work without my carpooler that i was working 10-11 hour days to see how much I could accomplish. Next week I need to make sure I schedule my walks (during breaks and lunch) so I don't slide back into bad habits. I also need to make sure I get enough sleep even if that means not watching television or whatever my excuse happens to be. I need to prioritize my health because no one else is going to do it for me.
