New Year - New me

I was forced to take some time off of work and it allowed me to take some time for myself. I was able to hit the reset button. I walked for an hour on January 1st and it helped set the tone for the way I want this year to be. Eating healthier, and making sure that I pay attention to what and how much I eat. I am thankful that my husband plans our menus, but that means that I usually end up eating casseroles and cheesy dishes. I need to compensate for this by eating less and moving more. I also need to remember that the work will always be there and to schedule my workout walk every week day during my lunch break.
