Great 1st day of 2019

I got thur day without diet Dr Pepper. Rode bicycle 11 miles. My goal is bicycling average 10 miles a day. Right now Im trying day by day to only drink water. I think I drink Dr pepper from habit not because I enjoy it as much as I used to. I HAVE TO DO THIS!
