Goals for 2019

First, an update. In 2018 I had a goal to read 22,500 pages. I actually read 21,909 - missed it by 591 pages. Didn't quite make it, but did pretty good!
Here are my goals for the coming year.
My goal is to read 22,500 pages. I was so close this year, I'm sure I can make it this year! I want to try to keep track of the number of books too. This is a curiosity thing, not a goal.
I want to weigh 130 pounds...tomorrow.
Since that is unrealistic, I'll aim to hit that weight and stay there. I will do this by keeping my calories closer to 1800 per day (or lower). The calories will also be nutrient dense. BUT, the biggest change will be to pay attention to what I am eating. I will eat mindfully. If the food doesn't taste good, I don't have to eat it. If I'm not hungry, I won't eat. If I'm full (or 80% full), I will stop eating. I hate wasting food, so this will be HARD! But, if I can get an idea of how much I really need/want to eat, I can pack smaller lunches. That way I'll be satisfied without wasting food. Easier said than done. This is my big goal for the year!!!
