My mission statement as a Resolute Renegade for BLC 39

--My Goal for BLC 39.
What I will do:
A) (I will adjust on day 1 - one week away from date of original post)
BMI from 28.8 to 27.8 (1 point)
BF% from 33.8 to 32.8 (1 percent)
Weight from 167 to 161 (6 pounds)
Goal of 10 pound increase on weight machines at Planet Fitness
How I will track my results: I will use my fancy scale to track these measurements and a few others. My spreadsheet will help track PF weights.
--What you will be Resolute about to create a successful BLC.
I will be resolute in accomplishing at least one daily workout of 30 minutes or more, incorporating at least one smoothie into my daily meal plan and tracking the details in my Happy Planner and on my Planet Fitness Tracker (what I call my giant spreadsheet).
--What will you be a Renegade against to create a successful BLC.
I will be a renegade against the side effects of a negative state of mine (making unhealthy choices regarding food and fitness). I will limit sweets and highly processed snacks and I will get in a ST workout even if it's just 5 minutes of my day.
