Other Goals Revisited

Wow! In going back to my previous blogs I saw that I have been active on this site for a year. I was very active for many years and lived a healthier lifestyle, but got out of the habit due to life changes a while ago. I came back about a year ago.
I have goals listed under “other goals” as part of my SP tracker. I track a few different other things that are important to me. Right now I’m tracking:
Log into SP - 4x/week
No soda – 7x/week
Take vitamins – 7x/week
No eating after 8pm – 5x/week
No vending machine - 5x/week
No social media after 9:30pm – 4x/week
No chips - 4x/week
I added "no chips." If I can give up soda, I can give up chips...slowly. I will progress to no social media after 9:30pm to 7 days a week. Sleep is important.
I need to get better a tracking food and exercise. Years ago, I was great at tracking food, but now I find it kind of tedious. I know it's helpful. I bought a journal specifically for food tracking for days I don't make it on to the site.
These goals will be changed up as I progress - hopefully all to 7 days a week.
