I don’t blog often...maybe at all. I do log daily, I have decided to try something new🙂.
I am into my new rotation, Chalean Xtreme-3 months. I really love rotations. I love having it all laid out and I just do it. I will be using country heat for cardio...right now, anything that may involve high impact is out, my wonky knee is acting up and I don’t want any setbacks.
So my days will look something like this:
Monday - weights and yoga/stretching
Tuesday - cardio and yoga/stretching
Wednesday - weights and yoga/stretching
Thursday - cardio and yoga/stretching
Friday - weights and yoga/stretching
Saturday- cardio and yoga/stretching
