Good morning Spark friends. Happy NEW YEAR!!
I received a really nice POST from someone and even though it is not my own, I wanted to share it.
"IF you want 2019 to be your year, Don't sit on the couch and wait for it,
Go out. Make a change. Smile more. Be excited. Do new things.
Throw away what you have been cluttering.
Unfollow negative people on social media.
Go to bed early. Be fierce. Don't gossip.
Show more gratitude. Do things that challenge you.

I thought this was really worth sharing. I am in the process of making some new goals
and hoping to make better choices now that my health issues are in much better shape.
I wrote up a list that may help me get started. Hope I can stick to it.
1. Plan ahead with meals.
2. Track all meals + activity.
3. Work out 3x a week at my gym.
4. Walk 3x a week at home or with dvd.
5. Curb sugar + sodium.
6. Eat more fruits + vegetables + fish
7. De-clutter every week. (BIG challenge)
8. Spend less time on computer, after morning check in's and do things Needed to be done.
9. Make Better Choices
10. Remember to always pray daily for guidance in my life.
It will be a challenge to get back in the swing of things. I do hope to Stick to it and succeed.
Life is short, but life is good. Every day counts and I do not want to waste time doing things that are not helping me to FOCUS on my journey toward Better Healthy day! Being positive is a plus too.
I Wish you all much success with healthy meals and more activity in 2019 to make our new year a HUGE success with weight loss and maintenance.. We Can do this. No one said it was easy, but anything worth doing well is worth working at it.
