...Here's to new beginnings! :)
I hope to weigh 150 lbs. or less by Easter, 2019 (April 21st).
I won't bore you with the stats - they're pretty discouraging, but I'm going to try something different this time around.
I have been reading about "Interval Eating". It sounds interesting and seems to make sense. I'm planning to eat within an 8-hour window each day (like 12noon to 8pm) including meals and snacks with nothing but zero calorie beverages outside of this time period.
We'll see how THAT goes...!
