Stepped on scale this morning. IT DID NOT CHANGE FROM LAST WEEK!! I just dont understand it. I tracked all food, ate good, did not go over calories . I rode bicycle almost 65 miles.I wonder if maybe I'm not eating enough calories. My goal is 1500 but most days It's 12 to 1300. Just cant eat 1500. . Thats seems like too many to me. I think its my mind set...all these years of yo yo dieting.
I am at work and I have been tempted since breakfast. Im stayimg strong ..so far.
