But--(that big "Butt" again!)--my ol' body is Definitely "Not" ready for summer---

There are so many ways that must be put into action-- beginning to-day---
To-day can be a practice run----for to-morrow---being, a New Year---a new beginning--
---Remember, it's not how many times I fall down--that is irrelevant--
"The number of times I have the courage to get back up is what matters."
Spark says that---

#1. I shall go to bed earlier ---then I shall get up earlier---IN THE DARK! ---I shall head to our gym--- (which is really in our rec. room )-and then get at least 15 minutes on the Dreadmill and some upper body weights-
#2. No matter how thirsty I become, I SHALL reach for water----NOT Gingerale--

#3.--- I will keep the mouth closed when himself doesn't hear me (which is 90% of the time)---VERY difficult for me with "the mouth"--
#4.-- I will keep within my calorie allotment , beginning with once a week----for sure---then twice a week----and so on and so on----until I can do this for a whole week--No Cheating!

There! Surely too goodness I can manage these 4 resolutions --

Just imagine how I will feel when I shed 10 more pounds---The blood pressure would be lower-I would be more energetic---
And all because I would just have to close the mouth--
Lord Love a Duck!

My clothes will fit better- I might even receive a complement--

I really want to hang out with those Eagles!
