Today, I am six pounds down from my new starting point, and I saw 230 on the scale for the first time in months. Six pounds is not a huge loss, but I can certainly feel the difference - my exercise leggings no longer cut into my waist, and a couple pairs of my too-snug shirts and pants are starting to fit comfortably.
This is not the best comparison photo because I don't really have a "before" photo this time around. Still, things have definitely changed. And I dug up a photo of me in the same shirt at the higher weight - a photo I was just taking for reference at the time, not really a before photo - and the lay of the shirt definitely fits much better. Woo-hoo!
Six pounds down, 80 more to go, 7% done. Next up, tackling the 220s!
