Motivation - One has to find the right motivation. Without it, all the attitude and discipline to meet you weight and fitness goals won't matter. So what motivates you?

Attitude - Grit. Determination. Willpower. Attitude says, "I will do this no matter what - I WILL find a way. If I'm faced with an obstacle, I will go over, under, or around it.'

Discipline - This is the execution of the right motivation and attitude. We know what needs to be done, but should be done, needs to be done. Discipline is the execution of attitude and motivation.

Motivation. Attitude. Discipline. We need all three to be successful in life, no matter what our goal.
