How do I find it?

I have never struggled so much as I have since the twins were born. Before them, I'd been in the 100# lost club, gotten into One-derland, and actually cared about my health and how I look.
Now, I don't. I hate how I look and feel, but I can't seem to want to do anything about it. I try to get my 10000 steps (and come pretty close or over most days) and I do a little bit of workout after kids are down if I have time after chores. But I am getting no where. I keep gaining weight back every time I lose it. I'm so frustrated and I can't seem to get anywhere.
So how do I find the ways to do this?
