Sometimes it helps to see it

I've recently started working on brainstorming my 2019 layouts and trying some out in the last few pages of my 2018 Bullet Journal. I hadn't done any of the cute fitness and weight layouts this year because I was tracking all that here but being stuck on this plateau I'm evaluating what I want to do differently and I decided that recording those things in an analog format as well as here might be helpful. This is my new weight loss tracker I created in my current bullet journal this week.
There was something deeply satisfying about coloring in all those hearts that made me not be so frustrated on where I was stuck but rather proud of how far along the path I have already come.
My tracker for 2019 will start with a variation on this page with the captions "Journey to" and "ONEderland" like on this spread and on the facing page I'm thinking Buzz Lightyear with the caption "And Beyond!" and stars for the points on that page.
If you're stuck or frustrated, try a different way of visualizing where you are on the journey versus where you've been. Sometimes it helps to see it.
