I'm into my second week of Keto. I did this back in 2016, and did quite well. However, I got nervous about the lack of scientific research. I decided to do Weight Watchers instead. 2 years later, 20 lbs heavier, and more science behind me. I decided this was my best bet. So far down 2 pounds. I'm feeling energized, and ready to go. I don't often post photos of me anywhere, but here are 3 rather recent.
Tonight I'm super busy with all my Christmas choir commitments. I have packed a dinner so I don't stop by a drive through, and I have planned an easy snack when I get home late. I will be able to stay on track. I'm already 8 pounds downs since last Monday. I feel great. 371 days ago
