This is my plan for the time being:
I will PLAN
and HOW MUCH
I'm going to eat. I will PREPARE
in advance. I will come up with POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
to avoid TEMPTATIONS (low carb cookies
perhaps). And if I do give in, I will treat it just as a "DOWN" day, log in to SPARKPEOPLE
and NOT GIVE UP
! It's not the days between Christmas and New Year that got me to this point, but the rest of the year.
Mind set, fingers crossed!
